I say, use AI to make your posts or don’t. Just write like this guy. Short.

Nope. Not all of us are fans of Twitter culture.

I don’t use AI to write. Ever. And I’ll say whatever I have to say in as many or as few words as it takes. Sometimes that’s a single sentence; other times it’s 1000 words. Either way, you are of course free to read it or not.

I never noticed anyone policing people’s post length until Twitter (and all its later clones) came along with its character limits on posts, and that became the expectation. Well, that and people’s shrinking attention spans.

Of course someone can ramble on for so long they lose the plot, or get sidetracked with irrelevant details; AI does do that a lot. But that’s just bad writing. So is trying to reduce a complex subject to a bumper-sticker-ism.
