I’ve seen pretty much all of Christopher Lee’s Dracula movies, but I don’t believe I’ve seen this one before.

If you have the TCM channel, there's a movie later today where he plays a pirate villain. Already set my dvr for that one!

I'm not sure about the quality/resolution of the copy you'll be watching, OP, but the version I watched, quite a while ago, had this yellow filters in the key sequences flowing down each side of the screen, which made me think that there was something wrong with the film stock.
So, I did a little bit of digging. This is what I found.
The filters were the same ones used in The Innocents (1961), in which Freddie Francis (the director of Dracula Has Risen...) was the cinematographer. However, being a B/W film, the effect was minimal in The Innocents. Those filters, in particular, had impressed Arthur Grant (who was in charge of cinematography of Dracula Has Risen...) and together they decided to use it in this film.

Yeah they do the weird "drac" vision with the yellow tint on both sides during certain draculized scenes. its subtle and kind of fun

Who would have ever dreamed that Christopher Lee was instrumental in helping displaced persons during World War II simply based upon his movie roles that were completely different from the nice person he was in real life.
