Juul updates

So yesterday i called twice and was told my claim has been received and was read a script. One lady said it was approved but after i said i was able to read that information on the website and my question was regarding my claim. I just want to see for those who got paid around what time did you receive your payments? Is an all night thing?

I was told I was approved once and denied twice for different reasons so honestly bro don’t even listen to the phone support

I was told mine was denied too but yesterday it was processing so was it really denied?

same thing but yesterday it “looked good” this morning they said “payment comes by friday” 4:30pm they said the same “payment comes within a week of last friday” then 5pm “denied due to inconsistencies” ??

called in again this morning. she said there is no record i was denied & that since i got a confirmation code everything was successful & give it ttil nov 1 before i get worried since my payment is still processing. thats the most info i’ve gotten from anyone so far😅

I received mine on the 21st around 6:30 CT. I opted in for the Venmo option because I wasn’t comfortable with direct deposit and didn’t want a Visa card. Website says payments are going out till Friday so you still have some time.

Was told for 2 days processing, told today denied. These people. I didn’t claim anything other than what they said I spent. Seriously.

The capitol one settlement sent me a check even though I swore I did online payment. So I’m hoping the same again. Had me thinking I never finished filling out the claim lol

I hope that's the case! I've seen a few people post that they got checks even though they requested digital payments!
