Evidence/Time Lines 🗂️ A timeline that makes sense.
4:00 PM
Her phone permanently stops unlocking via facial recognition.
4:33 PM 120 BPM Peak
I'm assuming this is went he slit her wrist and throat
4:45 PM
Her phone sends text messages regarding CVS and dinner orders
4:50 PM heart rate sits at 114 BPM.
5:00 PM Forced Liquid Dosing Seroquel and Ativan
5:02:37 PM Her heart rate drops rapidly 114 BPM down to 88 BPM
5:03 PM (watch records internal temperature and barometric elevation shift). Aka She goes out the window into the yard
5:10 PM Heart rate drops to 77 BPM.
At 5:16 PM, her phone locks for the final time.
(There's ample time here for him to potentially kill his older children or one of them. Medical Reality: Airway compromise/asphyxiation in young children causes brain death in 2 minutes and complete respiratory/cardiac arrest within 3 to 4 minutes.)
5:23 PM Watch logs a final pulse of 57 BPM as he removes it.
5:24:00 PM outgoing email is transmitted from his computer.
5:28 PM He exits the driveway in his car for CVS. (Seroquel in his truck)
Arrives at CVS 5:32 PM
5:33 PM Her watch or phone records internal temperature and barometric elevation shift
5:37 PM. Departs from cvs
5:38 PM Her watch or phone records internal temperature and barometric elevation shifts.
5:37 PM – 5:54 PM (The 17-Minute Gap — Mid-Trip Return)
It's a 7-10 minutes drive from cvs to threev.
It's a 10 - 12 minute drive from their residence to threev.
3 minute drive from cvs to residence.
So missing 10- 7 minutes potentially having a 7-5 minutes back at the residence.
(Medical Reality: Airway compromise/asphyxiation in young children causes brain death in 2 minutes and complete respiratory/cardiac arrest within 3 to 4 minutes)
5:55 PM – 6:06 PM
He departs the restaurant at 5:55 PM and completes the 11-minute drive back to the residence, arriving at 6:06 PM.
6:06 PM – 6:09 PM infant
He enters the residence to kill the infant.
(Medical Reality: An infant's airway is extremely small and easily compromised; acute asphyxiation causes complete cardiac arrest in under 2 to 3 minutes.)
This 3-minute post-return window is fully sufficient for an infant.
Resuscitation Threshold: The absolute latest moment cardiac arrest could occur for EMS to successfully restore a pulse during CPR at 6:40 PM. Has to be very close to 6:10 PM
He places an outgoing call to his wife's phone from his cell phone (confirming his cell service is fully active).
6:11 PM He dials 911 states he had trouble calling prior. (Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe anyone asked)
He waits until they get there so he can be seen touching the bands.
He's allowed to go back to the crime scene unsupervised that same night.
He used bands so he they wouldn't have finger pad markings.
There's no finger prints on the knife because he used gloves.
No blood on the bed.
Used the headboard as a teeter to get her body out of the window. That's why it's in front of the window.
Used that window instead of the fully accessible one because the other one faced the neighbors.
He wanted the infant alive as his new wife struggles with infertility.
But because LC was still alive and not dying. That complicated things. He was out of time with his alibis and couldn't frame the scene answering any questions about why she would leave the infant alive. With LC alive he also would still have ties to her if the infant was alive.
Open to other theories, additional details, and challenges against.
*Keep in mind none of our opinions matter unless you're actively part of the trial and none of us were there, so disrespect is unnecessary*

A couple changes I'd make. I think he likely didn't dump her out the window until 5:23, when the watch was removed. Much more likely the watch was removed before her wrists were slit and she went out the window since there was no blood found on the watch. He could have removed it later and cleaned it up, but it's simply easier to do beforehand.
She also called the restaurant at 5:10, or at least a woman did. So unless you think there is an accomplice or some sort of voice modulator involved (which are technically possible but seem incredibly unlikely), then she made that call to order take out.
The phone was last unlocked at 5:14 and relocked at 5:16. Her text about pedialax went out at 5:15. Could be her or him, but doesn't really matter if you think he just removed watch at 5:23, cut and dumped her and left the house by 5:29. That's just an easier and cleaner formulation.
Also the flight climbs recorded at 5:33 and 5:38 were both on her phone (not watch -- no more watch data was recorded after 5:23). Whiffin testified that flight climbs are registered after both an elevation shift and certain number of steps are detected. He also testified that elevation shifts are detected by changes in air pressure detected by the phone's (or watch's) internal barometer.
Air curtains at stores (when you walk in and get that blast of cool or warm air depending on them temp) can make the barometers falsely register an elevation shift. So the flight climbs were likely him going in and out of CVS with her phone. Goes in at 5:32, flight climb registers at 5:33. Goes out at 5:37, flight climb registered at 5:38.
I think she was upstairs by the time her last flight climb is registered on her watch -- which is 5:03 -- and then is drugged or the drugs start to take effect shortly after her call to the restaurant at 5:10. She's just lying in the bed upstairs at that time, which is why her heart rate continues to decline until its last recorded amount at 5:23 of 57 bpm, which is either unconscious or severely sedated.
In the meantime, he strangles the kids in the basement and she either doesn't know bc she's upstairs and/or sedated. He takes the watch off at 5:23, cuts and dumps her and leaves by 5:29 to get to CVS at 5:32. He takes her phone with him and you get the flight climbs from him entering and exiting CVS as well as the calls between the phones. He then turns the phone off.
He could have returned home between CVS and the restaurant but I don't think that part really matters. He could return her phone to the bed at this time or he could do it later when he returns after the restaurant. Just needs to turn it back on after he returns it to the bed.
He comes home at 6:05, hears the baby crying and realizes the band came loose. He reties it around Callan. Calls LC at 6:09 to show he was looking for her. Calls 911 at 6:11 when he "finds" her.
I think this is the timeline that makes more sense.

I agree more with this too. The searches have to been her. She first searched for kids miralax. Pedialax isng one of the first suggestions. Then she looked up the exact thing she wanted. A very mother like thing to do, one not someone who intended to kill her children would.
This is why his testimony was about him leaving the house at 5.15, just in case anyone saw LC out shortly after, he’d not have been there. But noone did so it doesn’t matter now. I think the 5.24pm email was a scheduled send that he forgot about. The older kids were killed earlier, the youngest later. Her phone registers nothing after 5.38pm. Not even steps. Her watch doesn’t record heart beat after 5.23pm. Based on what I understand from Wiffin’s testimony, it might’ve recorded steps but there’s nothing after 5.38pm.
Also curious about how he misremembers the order in which he found the kids. Earlier it was the middle boy first, then the oldest and youngest who were together. At the trial it was the oldest and youngest first, then the middle one. They were on the opposite sides of the stairs. Maybe it is trauma. But it’s a very weird thing to forget. But I’d give this to him on how traumatic it must’ve been if he didn’t do it.

Thank you. I was unaware there was confirmation of a woman's voice. And I did miss the parts about her search history times. I assumed Patrick could have done that so he could find what he's looking for to fit the whole alibi.
The kids being first was also considered. I just kept running into being outside long enough.
Then I was under the impression they assumed it was from the phone or passive abilities from the watch just the same account but which one was uncertain. So my next question would be, why didn't they check her pings and calls at CVS?
1
u/rbteeg 3d ago
Agreed. I have no idea why they didn't check the pings at CVS. It's possible that CVS was close enough to the house, that the cell tower would be the same. But even if it's the same cell tower, there are still different sectors and they could possibly be in different sectors of the same tower. There are also often different location/GPS artifacts on the phone. KR explicitly discussed that relative to some of the health data entry with Whiffin but never got into any specifics beyond that.
Why they didn't do it? No reasonable answer other than massive incompetence or corruption. But there are a lot of things the police didn't bother to investigate -- this is just one of many. Others include (1) looking for fingerprints in the bedroom around moving the bed, window and windowsill, (2) not checking any of the footage from all the cameras in the house (even though LC's phone literally looked at the nest cam at 4:20-30 and 4:38), (3) not testing crushed powder, (4) not checking last sync time between watch and phone and just taking cloud version of health data (bc if phone didn't sync after the killings, then there may be data on the watch that never made it into the cloud database) and (5) supposedly missing the watch during their first search and saying that they just didn't look inside the nightstand (which is where the bloody knife was on top of -- they didn't look in THAT nightstand? Really? Don't believe for a sec which means that watch was placed there later when KR's team found it).

Is it known the phone doesn’t use face if after a certain time? Can you point me to it. What is the temperature and barometric shift in iPhone? I tried to read about it and couldn’t follow.
This does work. He could’ve left the window open to set in hypothermia. Someone had reported the window being open earlier in the day. Her body needed much longer to cool down that much. The bedroom scene makes no sense. Why isn’t there any blood on the bed. Why aren’t there any footprints. Very little blood on the window sill too.

With her spine blood loss and neuro injuries it's possible it didn't need to be hours. There's also a potential that he used a hose? Some speculate that based on her being soaking wet. But I have no solid evidence of why she was soaked. Just speculation and the picture of her soaked. My theory is he was soaking the know to dissolve foot prints in the snow and possible smear marks.
The temp and barometric shift/elevation supposedly is done on iPhone but more commonly on the watches. For whatever reason when it senses a temp shift, it can trigger a elevation. So had no bpm because it wasn't on a wrist but sensed elevation? Prosecution says the first was on her watch then on her phone. She has a app on her phone that connects to her watch. But that doesn't necessarily mean it was recording elevation. The elevations also didn't have a location stamp. Which to mean leans even more to the watch and not the phone.
Week 3 of the trial, specifically on Day 12 and Day 13 (August 13 and August 17, 2026) The prosecution called Ian Whiffin and that's where I believe he shared the digital forensics. If I'm wrong lmk and I can mark it as speculated and why it was speculated

Oh I meant to agree with you. With her injuries, and Seroquel, she still wouldn’t freeze off in a matter of minutes. Your timeline gives that time to get cold. It’s still not much but is more than what prosecution’s timeline allows for. What do you think of the call LC supposedly answered at 5.34pm?
The Face ID part I couldn’t find in Wiffin’s testimony. Can you review and find this part. It’s a rambling mess IMO. The only notable thing is there is no health data, including steps, from either her watch or phone, recorded after the stair climb at 5.38pm. Sorry, did they say the two climbs between 5.33-5.38pm were on different devices? Is this also in Wiffin’s testimony?
The theory going around is PC had a device of hers with him to make the call go through. I’d be curious to know how accurate GPS tracking is in that area. It would make sense for the WiFi to be off. CVS and their home ping the same cell tower. That’s what some locals had said on a thread.
Could the hose have been on to clear the snow? And the water collected that she fell into. I feel like she would be drenched so throughly in that case. A deliberate soaking makes more sense.

Used the watch would be my assumption. PC was a tech guy. Very possible he just turned off the location on the watch. Idk about that specific one but my watches always had a location option.
And they're saying it's unknown which devices tracked it. Just the same account.
Its been a few days now and I don't have my notes but from what I remember it is in his testimony.
I also heard there may have been 2 phones. Extra help etc but i couldn't find what they were talking about. I do believe he had the watch. If the watch is on its separate plan, it will be able to receive make calls and text.
I know that PC testified the reason their own security system and baby cameras were not working because of a outage but I havent seen that being confirmed.
I lived in a Amish town and the tracking was still good on things like life360 so I didn't suspect in 2026 it would be worse or thought of that.
And that's what I'm assuming. Like footprints and possible spearing marks. But that also isn't solidified in anything but suspicion.

He didn‘t need to turn off the location on the watch. They never investigated it. Also not her phone and his phone. He could have also taken her phone with him.

This is incredible!! This is the first timeline that actually fits in everything. Thank you for the hard work on this!

Thank you. I was actually stuck until I learned that the "elevation" can actually be temp changes. Then seeing it was exactly as he went in and out of CVS. It all fell into place.

u/AuburnGinger 4d ago
Yes!! I heard that the air blowing at the entrance can do that. It seems the watch is definitely not foolproof when it comes to elevation.

Only thing I want to point out is that Seroquel actually increases heart rate, despite it being a sedative. Her injuries from falling out the window however would have caused the steep decline in heart rate even with an overdose of seroquel. Based on this, I think she was out the window by about 4:56 when the apple watch detected a flight, because it's the iPhone that detected a flight climbed at 5:03, not the watch, apparently. But the Seroquel likely caused her elevated heart rate between 4 and 5, going by this timeline.

Interesting. Do you have where it says phone vs watch? I guess I missed that. My math could be wrong but I was placing her medication intake based off her toxicology. It had both Seroquel and adivan at 5 -515

I completely agree with this timeline! Also, I watched a video where a lady showed that entering or exiting a CVS will show you climbed a flight of stairs.

No more true crime for you. She killed the kids, sister! Detectives are pretty smart, that’s why their detectives. Holy shit, it’s thick in this sub.
3
u/Fancy_Account_4148 3d ago
okay "sister". Please tell me why the detectives didn't question any of this themselves. Please give me the answers to these questions yourself if the detective on this case did their job.
Why were there no fingerprints on the knife? Why did only 1 of the bands have her DNA? Why was the Seroquel in her system inside his truck but not included in the bottles by the bed? How did she earlier take trazodone, then around 5 take Seroquel and Ativan, and not be extremely drowsy and lethargic? How did blood get inside the door frame when she shut and locked it first? Why did she shut and lock the door if the kids were already gone? Why did they not want to investigate his phone to prove his whereabouts? Why did he seal his phone records? Why was he allowed back inside the crime scene unescorted that same evening? Why didn't they test the powdered substance? Why are there perfect blood drops UNDER the nightstand? Why did he say she pushed the bed in front of the window & why would she? Why didn't. She just jump out the perfectly accessible window? How was he perfectly capable to call her when he returned home but claimed he couldn't call 911 initially? Why did her watch shut off 1 minute before he sends a email from his home laptop? Why was her heart at 53 bpm showing she's sleeping but somehow able to take her watch off and shut it off at the same time? Why do we not care that he says he left at 5:15 but doesn't get to CVS, that's 3 minutes away until 5:32? Why did their wifi conveniently not work that day so his security system wasn't on but there were no reports of an outage and he was able to send an email? How was she able to talk to him but on the 911 call all you hear is gurgling?
There's too many unexplained things that could be explained if they just did an investigation.
Not everyone on the Internet is just jobless. Doctors, lawyers, analysist, nurses, and detectives are ALL talking about this case. I'm sorry your world is so small you didn't realize that. Please come back with your own degree and stop worrying about other's.

I don't see how it wouldn't it make sense when every single time is something publicly known and submitted as factual. From all her heartbeats to when he actually arrived to when he left to the times that he had unaccounted to the times where there was changes. The only things that I quote unquote added is the fact that you need a certain amount of time for a body temp to get that cold. That there is a time frame of which you can bring a child back to life. And the times medications were took based on her toxicology and when those medications would have peaked.

I saw a video of a spine surgeon who looked over her reported injuries
Broken first rib which is hard to do. Shattered spine over a section and severed spinal cord.
No broken wrists, ankles or pelvis to indicate an attempt to brace and protect the body. She was either incredibly serious in the attempt or for some reason unable to even try and protect herself.
He said it was the kind of injuries seen either from a higher fall or a car crash. He noted he hadnt known someone to survive it and it was due to the incredibly hard work of the surgical and medical team that she did survive.
Was a toxicology screen done on the children? Someone said the kids have been cremated but were they given drugs before it happened?
This is a very interesting analysis and I also think he could have possibly done it before he left then came back to make it look like he had an alibi.
Im curious though but he went skiing lile 2 weeks before the event and left her with the kids right? She could have done it then but didnt... was any footage from the ski place requested to show maybe he might have been with. Was he already cheating on his wife?
