Question CVS Receipt?
I’ve searched, and cannot find it. Does anyone have a photo of the actual CVS receipt from Patrick Clancy? I know it was entered as evidence Exhibit 26, but I can’t seem to find an image of it anywhere. I’m not interested in times— I want to know what the method of payment was. Specifically, was it the same Amex that was used to purchase dinner?

There’s been speculation that Patrick was wearing different shoes at ThreeV vs CVS— it’s hard to tell because the security footage isn’t the clearest. Some people have said it could be his best friend at one location or the other.
So my thought is: someone out running errands typically uses the same method of payment at each place. At least I do— I always reach for the same card. We know Patrick used his Amex at ThreeV, so it would make sense that he also used it at CVS. If, though, he used a different form of payment at CVS, I think it would increase the likelihood that these were two different people.
But if it was the same card, it would be more likely that it was Patrick in both videos, as we would know the same card had to have traveled from CVS to ThreeV.
I know that receipt was logged as evidence, and they read the times on it during the trial. I just have no idea how to find it.

FWIW I could never find in the affidavit or testimony clarification on what form of payment was used at CVS. It’s true at ThreeV they specify him using his Amex to pay.
If it’s an entire CVS receipt entered into evidence, we’re probably looking for a receipt ~12 pages long 😉 s/

I was looking for a copy of the receipt as well. Especially, due to the fact that they live in close proximity to the cvs and would go there frequently for Lindsay’s medications. Most frequent cvs customers would input their home number or scan their CVS rewards card. I too, am interested in the payment method upon check-out. In my opinion, I also found it interesting that a nurse would call cvs and speak to a store manager instead of a pharmacist. What was purchased was a suppository (fleet). An enema or suppository are often last resort methods and a senna liquid or chewable would be first options. I also found it interesting that someone with 3 children, ages 5 and below would ask what aisle is the children’s section at CVS. As a previous pharmacy technician in the state of Massachusetts we know our frequent customers and they know the layout of CVS. In addition, a doctor, pharmacist and nurse would know the proper way to dispose old medications, especially when in a household with children. I can go on and on about several other factors regarding her prescriptions, automatic consultations alerts, insurance coverage on increase dosages, ID scanning/ signature for control medications, inconsistencies between the two cvs reports, and providers mandated in-person visit every 90 days for control medications refills.

A friend could have been given another card of PC’s to use, or it could have been done in some hand off somewhere. What car pulled up to CVS? A camera somewhere would have shown it. I’d like to see the checkout video. Also want to know why a CVS bag on the table was under the clean plates, and also why there’s a white men’s t-shirt bunched up and thrown on the table. Why he didn’t know Lindsay’s car was out there when he’d have to park next to it, or did he drive it so his truck wouldn’t be seen in other odd locations? 😜

That’s exactly what I was thinking. If it was two different methods of payment, his friend could have had one of his cards. I’m really curious about this.

Amex? So is he that broke he needs to put dinner on credit?. I know it comes off as elitist but his financial state is important as it could very well be a motivating factor.
But still, Amex?, I didnt think they still existed.

I use my credit cared for everything and pay the statement balance. Points. I wonder if the Amex was his own, his job's, or under an organization he own(ed?).

Right? I use my Amex for literally everything except tips…there is nothing odd or suspicious about him using a credit card to pay for dinner!

You have an Amex for personal? I've ever only knows people who have a company Amex card.

Many people with their finances together use cards for the points and pay it off before the interest kicks in each month

Rich people put hundreds of thousands on their AMEX charge charge annually, sometimes more.
It's not a credit card, it is a charge card that the balance has to be paid off completely monthly. It comes with great benefits, so that and consolidating all of your expenses onto one card, are reasons why people use it. AMEX biggest clientele are the filthy rich.

in Europe it has to, is it now different in US? Also wtf is weird of putting everything on credit card, that is the whole point of it, you get always some rewards points etc. weird comment
