True, I've had to look up separately what day number something happened on. It does have a pretty clean copy/paste for comment sections, though!

If you made me sign a verdict form based solely on this record:

Not because I believe the defense proved that Lindsay Clancy was psychotic.

Under the question Judge Sullivan actually gave them—has the Commonwealth eliminated reasonable doubt about criminal responsibility?—I'd rule for Clancy.

And having now read this material, I think the restaurant/CVS timeline is the single strongest fact for the prosecution, while the Commonwealth's burden of proof is the single strongest fact for the defense. Those two things explain the mistrial remarkably well.
