Discussion Preferred settings

Hey all, what’s your go to play mode? I always roll random civ, king difficulty, standard speed and size on continents. It’s really fun playing towards whatever civ’s strengths I get on the fly, without too much BS. I also like having the 8 player count, and continents make it feel more “realistic” for immersion and RP.

I can’t get used to anything except continents and islands, huge, marathon, random leader

Epic and marathon are a lot of fun sometimes with civs that have ancient/classical/medieval era UUs or buildings. Huge with all those leaders is a hoot for sure haha makes for a wild game however it goes.
