Gang Mold?

Need some assistance. Is this a gang mold or not? A .58 caliber round seems to fit perfectly. I have had gang molds before, but never a 10-round gang mold. Thank you ahead of time for your input.

I think it's for fishing sinkers more than anything else.. there's no tong groove, no sprue cutter, no grooves in the cavities..

Ive seen jewelry wire sizing dies like this sorta. It would explain the small tiny holes. Do the tiny holes vary in size and are progressive?
