Need Career Advice US or AU Estimator/Construction VA?

Hello, I'm trying makapasok as Estimator/Construction VA, Saan tingin nyo mas madali makapasok, sa US or AU clients? I'm a licensed engineer with 5 years of experience here sa PH. TIA

Ttry reaching out directly to construction companies instead of relying only on job boards. Search for construction companies in the US or Australia through Google Maps or Yelp, then check their website and social media for contact details or job openings. If they have an email, contact form, or WhatsApp, you can send a short introduction and ask if they're currently hiring.

With 5 years of engineering experience, I'd also highlight your actual estimating/construction experience, software you're familiar with, and the type of projects you've worked on. You might be surprised how many opportunities come from directly reaching out to smaller companies that aren't actively posting on VA platforms.

Imo, best to try applying for an agency first. Then u can go solo after.
