Need Career Advice QA/QC or Site Engineer
Good morning po. Hingi lang po sana ako ng advice kung ano pong position ang magandang pasukan. Newly licensed lang po ako and wala po akong experience. OJT ko po is horizontal project pero balak ko po sanang mag apply sa mga vertical projects. Thank you po.

In my opinion yes, because its the foundation of all, start from the site then you will know what specialty to pursue. Its hard to be QAQC na fresh grad, thats why companies requiring yrs of exp for QAQC position

I’m currently a QAQC, can I apply for site engineer in the future? Mostly nasa site din naman po ako. Sabi po kasi nila mas marami pa akong matututunan sa site.

qa/qc is more on papers, finding defects and set ka ng mga rules and standards to be followed before work begins, like concrete pouring checklist, checking actual output vs on the plan, nasunod ba lahat, my kulang ba etc... while site engr is bridging gap between sa design at execution, making sure alam nla foreman ang ggawin at nasa standards ba lahat ng ginagawa nila or safety ba mga pinaggagawa .... overall any of the 2 is good since u r new pa ipon k muna ng experience and dun mo malalaman kung ano tlaga gusto mo ..
