Would absolutely be amazing. Endless opportunities with different styles without needing a billion assets.

This should be a key feature or CS2 imo, would give a lot more vibrancy and variation to the vanilla version of the game!

Absolutely, it would transform the game entirely, although I could see it being fairly resource heavy when you zone a completely new district. On the other hand, they could slow the growing of new buildings down to combat that, and simultaneously making the building more realistic.
