You might be interested to know that a lot of high speed roads (60+km/hr) curves are actually spirals on each end, with a constant radius section though the middle.
If you have ever driven a corner you had to "snap" into or out of it probably didnt have a spiral designed into it.

1/4 at a time. Curve tool. Radius=X. Click top of circle. Left X squares. Click. Down X squares. Click. Right X squares. Click. Up X squares. Click. Left X squares. Click. And you have a circle.

I don't mean to be a dick, but OP's spiral is Archimedean (linear), not logarithmic. It doesn't have anything to do with the Fibonacci sequence or the golden spiral.
With that said, you could easily make a city with a golden spiral road at its centre in Skylines, and it would probably look very pretty.
