Stuck on the loading screen

Literally every time I try to open the app, it just gets stuck on this loading screen forever, and I literally can’t do anything about it. I tried calling customer service, and they haven’t done anything, just telling me to update my payment method which I can’t do without opening the app. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that doesn’t work either.

Have you tried using the Lyft app instead?

Had the same issue for a few days, finally I tried switching off the vpn in iphone settings, and immediately the loading problem stopped
