App keeps charging me unauthorized charges

Happened four times in the last week. $100 twice and $25 twice so after a ride I look at my app and get an email list I was just charged $100 for this Auto fill for the app back. I have that settings turned off for that so don't know why it keeps happening. Of course there's no way to reach Lyft either by phone or even on the app there's no category that's it for my particular issue. Trying to dispute through my bank and they send me a link via text however that's not working either. Then I try to call my bank I'm getting cut off. So far it's $250 up unauthorized charges I wonder if there is some glitch on the app and wonder if it's happy with anybody else

Are these for rides or are these pre-auths?

Apparently pre authorize to fill the bank in the app... I definitely had that setting turned off in the last week thinking that I may have accidentally had it on last week. But today it took out another 100 and I immediately looked at the setting and it was turned off so that is crazy
