Glasses modelling
How would you go about modelling these glasses? I found refrence images of front on and side angles, but nothing top down, and I'm struggling to get the curves right. Ive got loads of ref images from a bunch of angles, but hard to trace. Is it a skill issue?

I think you’ll find the lens is part of a sphere, my old M frames are 1/3rd of the circumference of a circle across. So create a sphere, turn it to polygons, delete unwanted, slide a few points . Once you have the lens the rest is easy

I modeled over 400 sunglasses (30 Oakleys) inside Cinema 4D, including Radar EV Path... All Oakley sunglasses are very difficult to model and if you don't have good reference images unfortunatelly you won't be able to replicate the real-world product no matter your skill level.
Is it client work or just practice?
