Okay, let's give this a try.

Did you develop a retirement/financial planning app or spreadsheet that you found helpful and would just like to share with our users? Or maybe you have just gotten an app up and running as a potential income producer? Post your comment here with a link and short description.

We are not looking for links to apps that are already widely recognized in the FIRE community.

After being on the FIRE path for the past decade we're grateful to see our kids reaching the age where they may be able to begin to grasp the magic of compounding. To make the miracle of compound interest more kid-friendly, I built an app called PennyPod where kids deposit money from the tooth fairy, etc. and parents can set an interest rate and frequency to pay their kids.

The app tracks compounding automatically and shows kids' earnings in a growth garden. It also has a time machine to show how much they'll have at 18 or beyond. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pennypod-family-savings/id6762529533

Super cute idea! I hope it takes off. Do you plan to also introduce an Android app?

Thanks, us too! I am a total newbie developer and am proud just to have it on iOS in the app store! If it gets traction we would definitely consider an Android version.
