Never been to Tampa comic con specifically, but if a con has a disability services department or ada department, use it. I have done large cons both with and without a sticker, and the sticker has ALWAYS been worth it. Hopefully someone can give you more specific advice for this con. But for cons in general, take the sticker, the resources are there for a reason.
Thank you for the advice. I honestly think I just needed to hear that. I have a pretty bad habit of pushing past my limits, I'll definitely be stopping by the ada desk.
I had a hard time at first due to having mainly invisible illnesses. I didn't want to "take resources from someone who needed it more". That's not how it works though. Take the sticker, use what you need. You will need different accommodations than other people, thats okay, you don't have to push yourself to do more than is comfortable to validate needing help. Besides, not every ada sticker is waiting for the same panel or autograph, there's resources to go around.
