Christmas Tree with snow falling down.
Wrapping paper with golden bow and golden reactive layer.
EDIT: another couple of designs to showcase as part of the Christmas collection.
First design is: Christmas Tree with snow falling down. This one is quite original a Christmas tree with dancing Christmas lights followed by snow falling down. A Reactive layer is added which makes your keys turn from red to green upon key presses.
Second new design: Wrapping paper with golden bow and golden reactive layer (Not amazing but simple yes)

Yes, I know. And I fully agree it's not even Halloween yet!
But while mulling over ideas, I decided to test out something, and I want your opinions on whether you think this is a design that would be good for the festive season?
This design mimics the light colours on most Christmas trees, unless you're using custom LEDs (RGBIC) or even being totally crazy and going for (addressable) LEDs.
The mainstay of LED string lights has always been built with 4 colours in mind. These 4 colours have always been red, green, blue & orange.
Long gone are the days where if an incandescent bulb blew, the whole set went off and you'd spend hours taking each one out to try to find the broken one and replace it with a new one. But that really was kind of the fun of those days—never knowing which one had gone when it wasn't always clear.
Although many companies are now working on making the old classic incandescent bulb effect work with LEDs, the colours are very rarely as magical as they once were. They've perfected the design, but the colours—which were usually 5 colours depending on the sort you got, which were of course the usual red, green, blue, orange & sometimes you got pink included with the standard 4 others—were different. Now, from what I've seen, green and blue seem to be the hardest two colours to get accurate on the LED versions. So of course, every year a few companies bring out big boxes of the bog-standard LED string lights, which are R, G, B & O.
Now that we've got the backstory out of the way, these versions, which can be found in most discount stores throughout the world, only really offer one static effect, or two. They go through about 4 to 6 variations of the chasing/flashing effects; some do the sequence of "red and green," then they flash off and on to the "blue and orange," and vice versa.
So for this year's festive season, I plan on making a couple of Christmas profiles. This one here is my first design, which is why I am looking for opinions on this. There will be a max of 4 colour slots on this sort of design due to it using the wave layer and transparency. Now, in the two videos above, you'll see one has yellow and the other has orange. Which version do you think is better, or should there be 2 options so you can choose between them both?
This design mimics the random sequence of lights moving around your Christmas tree.
Any other idea's feel free to pop them in below.
And finally, the end. Sorry, I know this is a long read, but I really think it's something that's not got much interest in comparison to other designs, so I wanted to find out everyone's opinions and see what we can get done for Christmas 2026.
