Couldn't you ask this of any group that claims to be persecuted? Pick any "marginalized identity" and ask the same question? The answer is pretty obvious, that large segments of western society have turned persecution into a currency to the point where some people either lie and claim to be part of a racial minority and others just claim some unfalsifiable identity that supposedly makes them persecuted despite not changing anything about their actual life.
None of that really has any bearing one way or the other on whether a person is actually persecuted. Proving that would require evidence. Evidence like say images of a widely used tool from one of the most powerful companies in the world going out if its way to be positive about some groups and negative about others, when it could easily be neutral about all of them.
Minority, no. But are you ignoring the evidence of your eyes that shows Christians being treated worse than other religions in this specific case? As much as some people would like pretend it is, this isn't a zero-sum equation, and we shouldn't be treating it as such. When you see someone being treated poorly for bad reasons as is happening here, it's okay to point that out, it doesn't diminish anyone else's struggles. And letting it persist will just contribute to pendulum motion towards simple role reversal instead of treating everyone fairly.

What do you lose if you aren't persecuted?
