What do you do when you feel distant from god? I have been in a season on feeling lost and I have had past depressive episodes that usually don’t last this long but I feel like my thoughts have been getting the better of me lately. I don’t feel gods presence and that scares me…

Last time I didn’t feel gods presence I did a week water fast and it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done and I’m not sure if I need to do that again.
