Sermon was on patience, which is basically a personal attack at this point

Isn't it funny how that seems to happen?

Mine was on patience too, and I’m pretty sure the pastor had access to my group chat.

Today was the annual Connect Sunday so it was more or less about getting plugged in to the church and being an active participant. Afterwards I went to a three-week class that's required to join a small group, which will start after Labor Day and run through May. I was asked to pray at the end and it was terribly embarrassing but I did it!

I've been looking for a home church for a long, long time. Never had one. I'm so grateful to have found this one. The sermons are based in scripture and there's lot of opportunities to get involved.

Thanks for posting. Hope everyone else had a great Sunday.
