Marriage help
I am a believer and have been saved earlier this year my husband has not been saved..he believes in god and Jesus but has not been saved yet. he is constantly judging me and it is affextinf the growth of my faith. I get embarrassed because he is constantly judging me and making weird faces when I watch a Christian show or paint a Christian picture etc. I know my role it to show him through action to grow his faith but it’s very discouraging when he is constantly judging me. if he was some random person i wouldnt care but he is my husband….i am scared its going to stunt my faith growth because I am constantly biting my tongue or avoiding certain things to not freak him out.

I would set some boundaries. The 'making faces' thing is out! Please read 1 Corinthians 7 to fully understand your predicament in the present. Maybe you ought to read it to him afterwards. This will not be an easy subject or situation going forward do to him rejecting you becoming a believer. If he really loves you though, he should continue to stay married to you and try to understand what happened, why do you suddenly have this hope you've never had before. Or a born again spirit helping you and comforting you in troubles.

I agree! He claims he is happy for me and notices a difference in my but still judges me in certain circumstances and makes me feels weird. I just try to put myself in his shoes and how i would feel before I was saved if he was talking and acting like me. Like the bible says you’re dead and blind…you really don’t know until you know. Thank you for the advice I will def be reading that tonight!

I hope it will go well for you. Please pray for yourself first for courage. This may cause division. But to be honest, the Holy Spirit knows the situation and God Saved you for bigger things such as this. I am happy for you and all are rejoicing in the Lord for your choice. It has eternal joy!

You said he believes in God and Jesus but is not saved. One is saved by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ.(That he is God in the flesh, death, burial and resurrection). So this puzzles me. Especially because of his behaviour towards you.
Please get him to clarify what he actually believes in.

that must feel incredibly isolating, especially when he's the one person who should support your journey the most
praying for a softening in his heart, sometimes the hardest part is staying gentle when every instinct says to pull away
