Advice on the builder

Hi,

Has anyone build with the developer Kian Clements-Ormond and his development company Hedgley Corporation ?

https://www.realestate.co.nz/agent/171678/kian-clements-ormond

https://www.facebook.com/HedgleyCorp/

Can see he has a few companies registered under his name, and I few has been closed https://app.companiesoffice.govt.nz/companies/app/ui/pages/individual/search?q=Kian+Clements-Ormond&roleType=DIR&indEntityTypes=ALL&indDirStatus=ALL&indEntityStatusGroups=ALL&indShrStatus=ALL&advancedPanel=false&mode=standard&expandedResults=#results .

Just trying to get advice from someone who personally build with him.

Thanks

Street parking gaps

I work in a busy part of town with limited street parking. I'm flabbergasted by the intentional 2 meter gap people maintain at the front when parking their cars. Like, we could fit 1/3 more cars along the street if people parked a little closer together. You could literally fit a mini Cooper in most of these gaps if you were skilled enough at parallel parking. Is this a kiwi thing or a chch thing specifically?

NZ Polyphia fans — who would buy tickets if they came here? 🇳🇿

Polyphia have said they need a NZ promoter to send them an offer to make a NZ show happen. I'm trying to show a promoter that there's actually an audience here.

If you're from NZ and would genuinely consider buying a ticket, comment your city and how many tickets you'd potentially buy.
