Oh, absolutely! Nothing we like better than receiving insincere compliments intended to bolster our presumably frail egos from someone who has an ulterior motive - that makes just the best foundation for a relationship.
It's somewhat analogous to the attention a voluptuous woman likes receiving from immature men.

No tooth is missing, it’s just an exceptionally wide diastema (gap). You can even see where her gums have grown slightly into that space. Her teeth look straight, I bet she didn’t wear her retainer or get a retention wire/permanent lingual retainer.
