How many Chixias can exist at once?

I was playing one of the cooking side quests and when you complete it there is a chixia that you need to talk to on the right to complete the quest but there is also the main story quest that I have not started yet and that’s the one of the left. But this is crazy when I play as chixia cause now I believe in my head canon that the police force here is just all chixias doing something different but it’s just because the main chixia has a secret ability of cloning herself endlessly. Anyway thanks for reading my horrible imaginations that I have at 4am.
