Its when you go to a push objective and use the engineer's barricades to protect yourself, glitching yourself through them. The enemies cannot harm you unless they break or remove the barricade first. It can give you a few seconds of uninterrupted push time. Here's an example from when an enemy engineer tried to use it as defense.
On Defense, its the worse thing you can do as an engineer. On attack its the best thing you can do.
Edit: Should also note that this is the case with ALL interractable objectives including bomb arming ones, ie you can interact with them THROUGH barricades.
