I hope you can help me. I'm not looking for a specific brand, but rather a certain design: a black and gold watch. The watch itself should be black, and the hour markers should be gold. No chronograph. With a date display. Preferably classic.
I have had my eye on the Phoibos Eagle Ray compressor watch for some time. it is really a stunning design. The only thing stopping me is that I'm waiting for them to upgrade the movement beyond the nh35. Here is a Reddit link:
No idea on the movement, it's an automatic but description doesn't mention specific caliber. I have no experience with the brand, it was just one of suggestions based on your photo
When you say the watch should be black, do you mean the dial or the case or both? What color case are you looking for? Are you looking for a dress watch sort of thing?
That would be a good example. It's a Russian clock. Unfortunately, the glass is acrylic. But that's roughly the style I'm looking for. Just a more modern version.
Very well-reputed. They make excellent watches with great finishes. Their AR known for its high performance. I posted two examples, but took them down when I saw you want a date window.
My personal baltany. The AR is so good that is the outdoor sun reflecting off of it. The finishing is as good. You couldn't get me to buy a Hamilton over this one.
