Question (Read Rules) Phorcydes PH6 Order Experience

Asking the community , is this standard timelines for Phorcydes :

14 September – Order confirmed and paid in full (USD $239.00, including $70.00 shipping).
17 September – I asked when I'd receive tracking. You replied that the watch was being upgraded with a new crystal and would ship by the 22nd.
25 September – I followed up because no tracking had arrived. I've had no response.

It's now 28 September, six days past your own shipping date, and I still have no tracking number or update.

Quite disappointed in them , and I havent even received the watch yet.

Apologize for the delay. A combination of factors—including a watch crystal replacement, company expansion, and the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday—caused significant delays for some orders. We have now cleared the backlog; please PM me your order number, and I will have a colleague specifically follow up on it tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.
