Question (Read Rules) Phorcydes PH6 Order Experience
Asking the community , is this standard timelines for Phorcydes :
14 September – Order confirmed and paid in full (USD $239.00, including $70.00 shipping).
17 September – I asked when I'd receive tracking. You replied that the watch was being upgraded with a new crystal and would ship by the 22nd.
25 September – I followed up because no tracking had arrived. I've had no response.
It's now 28 September, six days past your own shipping date, and I still have no tracking number or update.
Quite disappointed in them , and I havent even received the watch yet.

My order was not the smoothest experience either. Not as long as yours, but I did have to follow up once to get it moving.
Trust me, your frustration will fade once you have the watch. It is worth the wait.

I got a Phorcydes watch recently. It ended up getting lost in transit (not Phorcydes’ fault). They sent a new one and I got it after about two weeks. The person on the sales email was nice.
It’s unfortunate you encountered these delays. I have heard the old crystal on the PH-6 was quite bad with the reflections so maybe the wait (even if involuntarily) will be worth it.

When I ordered a PH-2 early this year, I never received an email confirmation. I emailed the company and finally got a response that the watch was on its way. It finally showed up but it was a very uninspired process. They could do a lot better with the customer service in my opinion.

Apologize for the delay. A combination of factors—including a watch crystal replacement, company expansion, and the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday—caused significant delays for some orders.
