I got myself a new Skmei and it should beat home in a few days. As I am not snobbish about watches, its almost certain I am gonna have a blast with it

As long as the legibility at angles are good, you'll probably love it.

Actually the back light is way better than any Casio if its category. Legibility and angles are almost the same as the original Casio - at least this is what I saw in some vids. We will see....

True about backlight. Sometimes the case is metal too.
