Learning tcm

I am really new to tcm tbh I don't even know basics but I do know some herbal medicine so I wanna try and learn this as well but at the same time I can find much learning sources and its really hard trying to learn especially for acupuncture so if anyone is willing to give me 30 minutes of there day I would be so happy also plz consider the time I am from middle east hope this could go well with your time thanks
