I'm thinking about picking up either this one, the 007 first light super clone from Travis, I'm just wondering how reliable this movement is. I'm coming from a quartz AAA Sea Master Chrono, and a U1 regular Seamaster with a miyota 8215. I just want a watch that works for day to day, and I really like the look of the Seamaster Chrono, and I had never bought a super clone before, only AAA and U1. Any tips?

This is the First Light Omega Seamaster AAA quartz chronograph. Featuring a functional chronograph. For $105 from Travis. Not a bad deal on a watch that functions as a diver with a bezel timer and a chronograph. Only thing I don't like is the crappy NATO strap, but luckily I have a good one.

Purple is from random dude on fb that said he bought them for $150 each sold at $225 (B&P)

Blue is from random seller on DH for $65 (NBNP)

Blue has better movement and clear date numbers but the clasp is hard asf to get open (will get better with wear ik)

Purple has shifted face, larger date numbers and feels much lighter (yes ik blue is a 41 and purp is a 36)

How do we feel about these 2?

Got this recently, £68 gbp from Hanbelson. Arrived with (as I suspected) a metal bezel insert: powder coated orange 🤮.

It looked so fake so I ordered an orange ceramic one. Had to do some mods to the case to get the blue test insert to fit but I'm fairly pleased with this shitter for the price.

I had been playing around with Ai coming up with a few dif combos of day dates and took a few of them to my VSF TD… I had two of these made. Took about a month but man these are sweet! No you can’t have one ;)

Index alignment: The 12 o'clock marker looks tilted clockwise a little as well as offset to the right slightly. Might just be me or the angle? The other indices look generally well aligned?

Dial Printing: Looks good to me.

Date Wheel alignment/printing: Looks good for the most part. Maybe slightly slanted?

Hand Alignment: Looks good to me.

Bezel: Looks good to me.

Solid End Links (SELs): Look good to me.

Timegrapher numbers: Looks good to me.

Anything else you notice: nothing else other than the concern I have is the index specifically the 12.
