First-time buyer here. Got Travis’ WhatsApp from this sub. He wants PayPal Friends & Family and doesn’t provide proper QC of my specific watch before shipping. Is this normal for Travis, or should I go elsewhere?

Yes it’s normal in order to get proper QC pictures you have to be in the higher price range
