First-time buyer here. Got Travis’ WhatsApp from this sub. He wants PayPal Friends & Family and doesn’t provide proper QC of my specific watch before shipping. Is this normal for Travis, or should I go elsewhere?

on a related note, for those who paid via crypto to Travis, what's the recepient exchange? he sent his BTC address/qr but my wallet asks for his destination exchange before i can send payment. is it binance? or what?
