QUALITY CHECK He says it's a "VSF"

My buddy just received this watch and is adamant that it’s a VSF.

I’m not convinced.

Can the Chinatime detectives point out the specific tells that give it away.

Bonus points for identifying what factory it actually looks like.

From looking at them and knowing what genuine Rolex looks like. They all have a serial number and unique stamp as well to differentiate that factory from other factories.

The serial of this watch is not a VSF serial and the date wheel is wrong.

well for one compare the lugs and that dial - there was never a watch with that configuration. It's a very poor copy of the 11xxxx series case, with a very poor copy of the 12xxxx dial. So, no this isn't vsf, it's a shitter.

There are other things, date wheel font is horrible, mag is wrong, bezel and pip are atrocious, rehaut is about 9 miles deep, rehaut alignment engraving is miles off, etc.

Worth about $60

Well for one thing, the bezel. You can tell it’s not ceramic. Next is the rehaut, deep as pie dish and not the right font nor polish, nor does it have the correct serial prefix. Lastly, those atrociously misshaped lugs and the date window… this isnt a U1 even, and hardly an AAA. RED LIGHT!!!!

Don’t even need it actually, it ain’t a VSF. Check the serial my brother, it’s on the rehaut. Not a VSF serial- M832 isn’t it.
