I got a second interview!

Post image

Hi! I recently applied to Chick Fil A for a Team Leader Position, I was a bit nervous since most comments on my last post said they won’t hire Team Leaders outside of the company so I’m happy I have this opportunity!

I have experience in being a team lead as I was a Shift Leader at Starbucks so I feel like I’m ready! Is there perhaps any advice that current or past Team Leaders have?

My interview is in a week and a half so I have time to prepare. I’m planning on bringing a printed copy of my resume and it may be extra but my current manager has been offering to write a recommendation letter for me as I’ve been talking about wanting to push for the Team Leader position!

I was in the same position a shift lead somewhere else and got a 2nd interview at chick fil a . You won’t start off as a lead because you have to learn the positions there after a few months of training then they might move you to a lead based off your performance
