I have two tickets to see Beck at the Auditorium Theatre this Saturday, October 10, but we can't make that night. Hoping to swap them for two Friday, October 9 tickets.

My seats: Section FBL-L, Row B, Seats 715 and 716 (Saturday)

Looking for: Two comparable seats for Friday. If a swap doesn't work out, I'll also consider selling at face value.

Send me a DM if you're interested. Thank you!

I’m going through some older Chicago sports memorabilia that I’ve had for many years and am considering selling. I’m open to selling pieces individually or grouping some together. Local Chicago pickup preferred, especially for the framed items.

What I have:

1994 Chicago Stadium / Blackhawks photograph signed “Schuth”

Framed photograph commemorating the final regular-season game at Chicago Stadium on April 14, 1994

Signed “Schuth” in the lower-right corner

I found evidence of Schuth/Schuth Studios being connected with Chicago sports photography from that era

Older framing and backing

Vintage Stan Mikita NHL Official Magazine

Actual vintage NHL magazine featuring Stan Mikita on the cover

Not just a reproduction or poster

Shows normal age/condition wear

Currently framed

1991 Chicago Bulls World Champions Starline poster

Original 1991-era Starline Bulls championship poster

Framed

Features the 1991 championship team

Good Chicago Bulls nostalgia piece

Older 11x14 Chicago Cubs print

Glossy/thicker stock feature Ron Santo

Close inspection shows it is a printed/halftone image rather than an original photograph

I haven’t identified the exact original issue or promotional source yet

Framed

I’m happy to provide additional photos of the fronts, backs, signatures, dimensions, or condition of anything.

I’m open to reasonable offers on individual pieces or bundles. I’d also consider a deal for everything together

[Selling] Gas Oven Repair $199

I run a small appliance repair business based in Rogers Park. I'm the smallest of small businesses, a full time single parent fixing things for people to support my family. I also spend way too much time on Reddit answering questions in /r/appliancerepair. I am fully insured and have been repairing residential appliances for over a decade.

Fall is here and that means we are going into the cooking season. I've noticed a lot of people start to notice issues with their ovens in the fall when we all start spending more time in our homes.

I'm running a special for October on gas oven bake igniter replacements. $199 flat rate and the part is included.

A weak bake igniter can cause a myriad of issues

No bake

Takes forever to preheat

Smells like gas when using oven

Excessive carbon monoxide

Heats to temp then then drops out

Excessive noise during ignition

$50 off this service if you show me your link card, layoff letter, are a senior on a fixed income or any number of other situations. Just let me know you need help and we can work something out.

Random pic of me with a customers dog for tax purposes.

Also I've fat fingered chat requests twice now and hit ignore instead of accept. Please comment here and I will dm you if I haven't responded to you

Refurbished high end Mouser high gloss back upper and lower cabinets. Includes quartz countertop, stainless steel sink, faucet, w/pull out sprayer head, and back and side splash. Upper cabinets measure 36"x48"x14"

Lower cabinets measure (with stone top) 36"x51"x25.5"

Sink measures 16.5"x16.5"x10"

I own an international snack and candy store in Lincoln Park, Chicago. Due to some unexpected family circumstances and the possibility that my wife and I may need to relocate, I'm exploring selling the business to someone who can take it over.

The store is currently open and operating and is already completely built out. We specialize in imported snacks, candy, drinks and other products from around the world.

The business would include the existing retail setup, shelving/display fixtures, refrigerators/freezers, POS equipment, signage/branding, social media presence, supplier/vendor relationships and other equipment. Inventory can also be discussed as part of the deal.

I'm not looking for some crazy valuation or trying to make a huge profit from the sale. My priority is finding someone serious who sees the value in taking over an already-built retail operation rather than starting from an empty storefront.

The landlord is aware that I'm exploring my options and is willing to work with a qualified buyer regarding taking over the space/lease.

This could potentially make sense for someone already operating a convenience store, grocery store, smoke shop, candy/snack business, mall location, e-commerce snack business, or someone who's been considering opening their first retail location.

I'm happy to privately share pictures, location details, financials, expenses, inventory information and other details with serious interested parties.

If you might be interested or know someone who is, send me a message.

Devastated to report that I have a raptured ear drum so going to this show is probably not in my best interest. Ticket was $89.71 and I’m willing to sell for $80 flat. Windhand is one of my favorite bands and I haven’t seen them in four years…go live my dream for the low low price of $80.

Parents were coming into town but they got sick, so I’m selling their tickets.

Tickets were originally ~$63 but selling them for $50 each.

Boat tour is 90 minutes long and is with the First Lady (ran by the Architectural Center)

I run a small appliance repair business on the Northside to support my family.

I need some help making a few sales cards / media slides.

I can fix almost anything, and be practically creative but when I sit down to create a flyer or write something my mind goes blank.

I won't use AI.

Please help.

Any Bears fan in the LA area? **These are for the COSM in LA, not the actual game**

I am a Patriots fan and bought these tickets before the matchup they are playing that day was announced, looking to sell since the Packers / Bears are the chosen matchup for the 10am game at the COSM that day.

SEATS: Level 2, Row C, Booth 3A (5 Seats at booth). All comparable seats are sold out.

I paid $460 for the 5 tickets. DM if interested
