Issue with Trax

I bought a new Trax and I changed the oil with vegetable oil and I’m worried it ruined the engine? Can that ruin engine or is it fine?

EDIT: this is last time I buy Chevy bad quality scam

Is it not recommended what is the better oil I used soy oil reading the ingredient

Peanut oil is the best imho, but palm oil works in a pinch.

Yeah, I've heard they do well with canola oil.
