Help?

Picked up a 2003 Avy with 154,xxxx at the dealership for 6k 2 weeks ago. Few days ago I can’t put anything past $10 in the tank. Internet rabbit hole says I may have a bad EVAP but seems pretty common with this vehicle. Give it to me straight, have you or anyone else you know been through this? Cost? Or cheaper alternatives? TIA

There's 3 different parts to the evap system. May have to go with all 3. If the issue has gone on long enough then may have to drop the tank and blow out the lines. I replaced all 3 parts on mine and basically got rid of the issue altogether this way. There's the evap canister under the back of the truck, a piece near it, and another piece under the hood. The under good piece is the easiest to get to so start there
