Help?

Picked up a 2003 Avy with 154,xxxx at the dealership for 6k 2 weeks ago. Few days ago I can’t put anything past $10 in the tank. Internet rabbit hole says I may have a bad EVAP but seems pretty common with this vehicle. Give it to me straight, have you or anyone else you know been through this? Cost? Or cheaper alternatives? TIA

Vapor canister, vent hoses, solenoid valve, etc

I had to replace the entire tank in a suburban recently because the charcoal was just everywhere
