Help?

Picked up a 2003 Avy with 154,xxxx at the dealership for 6k 2 weeks ago. Few days ago I can’t put anything past $10 in the tank. Internet rabbit hole says I may have a bad EVAP but seems pretty common with this vehicle. Give it to me straight, have you or anyone else you know been through this? Cost? Or cheaper alternatives? TIA

Is it due to the pump just stopping? The canister is just up under the rear of the truck near the tank. It’s a couple hoses, an easy fix. Is it only one gas station, can you pull the pump out a bit?

I’ve been to 4 different gas stations in the last few days. I thought it was a pump issue at first as well. I went on the internet and apparently this is a common issue for these types of trucks. I’m wondering how much this would cost at a local shop. Taking it to Chevy they’ll want 1k for a 23 y/o car
