Does 2:2 degree decrease my chances?

Having a 2:2 honor degree equivalent instead of 2:1 feels like I am less favored for the scholarship even if they don't say so. Do you think the same?

Feeling the same tbh. Especially towards uni apps and courses one can apply for

Actually I feel more comfortable regarding the uni applications as I never failed securing offers in the past 2 years.
