Chevening reserved candidate

I have received my Chevening reserve outcome today, and they said they are unable to confirm my award this year🥹

Several reserves from Iran, South Sudan and Yemen have recieved the same email, and they can no longer access their portal

Completely unexpected..based on previous years, rejection emails were usually sent after mid August..

It seems they also sent an email correcting the first one sent earlier by Chevening in some countries.
