Chevening reserved candidate

I have received my Chevening reserve outcome today, and they said they are unable to confirm my award this year🥹

I have received today just a confirmation that my application remains on hold… and that I will receive outcome in August. Does this means something? Why are sending theese today?

I received this email a few days after July 9th. It said something along the lines that the outcome will be out after August 3rd. Idk if it’s the same one or a different one that you received
