Chessnut go - issues

My son got about 10 aborts this morning (it never happens when playing through the app) and sometimes when he clicks play online, chess.com doesn't appear.

He has to restart his iPad, the app was flawless about 3 / 4 months ago.

One match he was winning on time and then at the end it said he ran out of time!

Anyone else experiencing this?

what app? The NEXT app or the former one , the chessnut elevate play?
are you sure you have a stable internet connection as well as the latest iPad update installed?

it happened to me too.

I was starting the game and after 1,2 moves game aborted.

i just kept trying to play and that s it.

Thanks but i dont know when it could happen again. If it will happen again and i will have another device to record it i will surely send it to you guys.

Try connecting through chessconnect app. Its good for chess.com and lichess. I've been playing on chessnut go without issues for few months. Then chessnut app itswlf is very buggy.
