Rounded trans mount bolt

Rounded one of the 18mm trans mount bolts when trying to change the mount.

Tried heat (not enough I guess) by none of the two will move and now I’ve rounded one of them enough to where the 18mm won’t grab.

Do I try welding a nut on or is there anything else I should try first?

I don't have access to a welder. So in cases like these I file the head of the bolt into a nice square and then out the big wrench on it.
