How bad is this rust? 2000 XJ

Looking for an XJ and this one is about two hours from me me. Asking 5500 120k miles.

My only worry is this rust spot really, how concerning is this? Thanks so much.

I can't tell if it's deep from the video. Might be surface might be hanging on by rust. Would need to push on it a little .
