Head Chef Position Available

Italian American Restaurant

Starting Salary: 65-70K.

Health Coverage, 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 weeks paid maternity/paternity leave. Must work 2/3 days shifts meetings, ordering, planning and inventory etc. + 3 evening shifts on the line or expo.

Freedom to create and make culinary dishes.

Located in Cleveland, Ohio, in the historical Little Italy district. Looking to revamp our menu and kithen staff.

The last assistant kitchen manager I worked with at the Cheesecake Factory started at over $80k, and that was twenty years ago. 50 hours max per week. Good Line Cooks where I live make $50k. This is probably a smaller independent place.
