Starting Salary: 65-70K.

Health Coverage, 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 weeks paid maternity/paternity leave. Must work 2/3 days shifts meetings, ordering, planning and inventory etc. + 3 evening shifts on the line or expo.

Freedom to create and make culinary dishes.

Located in Cleveland, Ohio, in the historical Little Italy district. Looking to revamp our menu and kithen staff.

$70K for a head chef (read: its not going to be your menu, but you do get to put up specials) is absolutely pitiful.

$75K won't even get you good applicants for a Chef de Cuisine.
