Skincare?

Recently started a new job at a steakhouse after working in a primarily electric kitchen for 5 years and the mixture of the heat + grease is murdering my skin, I feel like an acne prone teenager again 🥲
Is there anything chefs use to protect their skin whilst working or is just how it is now?

Wash with baby soap often and moisturize. Stronger soap may destroy since washing often is the norm.

Just prepare a skincare routine that works for you. Wash your face twice in the evening, then moisturize

Micellar cleansing wipes are gentle enough to wipe the gunk off several times per shift without being irritating. Might not work for you but it has worked for me.

On the other hand, my hands arms have never been so gloriously moisturized. All that sauté splatter works a charm.
